The Karuhatan Warehouse is an industrial-grade facility designed by Jus Arch to support high-volume storage and streamlined distribution operations in one of Metro Manila’s key logistics corridors. The project addresses the practical demands of warehousing, durability, flexibility, and efficient circulation, while elevating its architectural response through clean structural lines and thoughtful zoning.

The layout follows a clear logic: a wide-span warehouse shell with unobstructed interior space, flanked by administrative offices and loading/unloading bays. Circulation paths are optimized for truck maneuverability, with ingress and egress points designed to accommodate both light and heavy vehicles.
